Now, as to the
copies. We have one each paid for within our
subscriptions. If you want "Your" copy you can of course
have it. If you have your own copy,
we can't and won't, give you
photocopies.
It is therefore
suggested that the Librarian keeps all the original
copies. Each time you need all or part of it, a
photocopy will be provided. You can then annotate,
highlight or otherwise mark it at the instigation of the
Musical Director.
When it is no
longer needed it is returned, accounted for and then
destroyed. When you need it again you get a nice fresh
copy. If permanent amendments are required they will be
added so that they are included on all future
copies.

way we comply with copyright.
